I m 27 years old My total cholesterol level is 199 Tryglecrides is 182 HDL 50.61 LDL - 111.81 VLDL - 36 .58 I have been a vegetarian frm last 4 months I have anxiety issue . ECG normal RFT normal Whenever I went for BP checking  always shows 144/90 or sometimes 139/84 ...shall i take any medicine or how can i cure it ?

Your BP is slightly on the higher side. Make sure you decrease salt in your diet, medicines aren’t required at present. If you are obese weight loss will also help in BP reduction. LDL is also borderline, cut down on oily food, non vegetarian food.
