You may be suffering from fungal infection of the inner thighs groin and buttocks area which we call tinea cruris. this is commonly referred as jock itch. It is easily treatable by taking 4 to 6 weeks of treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Wrong treatment with over the counter creams like fourderm, panderm, quadriderm, dermi 5, betnovate dermikem OC candid B, hh zole leads to severe side effects and also repeated recurrences. please do not use super body wash over the affected areas. Do not use steroid containing combination creams. Please contact me using online consultation for detailed prescription. Do not delay treatment as it may spread for the on your body and also to other people living in the household.

Recurrent infection is common . A review at the end of 2 weeks would have been helpful. . Consult me on practo pro now for guidance and prescription. Share a pic. If you are not responding then probably it may not be a fungal infection.

Hello, Fungal infection is very common issue in this hot and humid weather due to excess sweating. Medicine you have mentioned works well if takes in proper dose. Your weight is 55kg so for you recomended dose is 200mg twice daily for one week . No need to take it beyond one week as this is the recommended duration. Also switch to Sertaconazole 2% cream (Onabet cream) twice daily on affected areas .Keep affected area dry and after sweating clean and towel dry.
