I am a 29 year old male and I have a severe acne breakout. I never had this problem when I was a teenager and now out of nowhere I have this. I know that it is caused by bacteria on the face. Which bacteria causes Acne Vulgaris and what should I do to keep my face clean and safe?

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
