I m suffering from diabetes for 14 years. now 250 at fasting .What I should do. Any medicine to control or I should start insulin.can I stop insulin when sugar level become in check condition

You must be on some medications . Isn’t it ? If you are and the sugars are this high then you will need to go on insulin
