My sister in law is 24 years old Mother of a 2 years old girl She has been facing some issues. Her periods not come since 1 month. Feeling nausea Unable to eat properly Lot of sleep Tiredness Fatigueness Weakness These are the issues. Please help to confirm if she is pregnant or not. Or any other issue
