Lymph node enlargements of size more than 1cm in both armpits and inguinal region. High ESR and weight reduction near to 5 kg. USG says benign. Should I take any further tests to confirm that it is benign. If yes what tests can confirm benign?

Please get a biopsy done from the lymph node..any history of tuberculosis?
