Hi my father is a diabetic and he is using galvus and glycomet trio 2 . But Today his reading is 240 after food. He has surgery this week and for that surgical tests are tomorrow. So if we take insulin it will be good to reduce sugar and how much we should take. Please suggest

Thank you for answering. We also need to know how many times a day is he taking Galvus and Glycomet Trio. Are you guys vegetarian or nonvegetarian? What is your father's age? Does he smoke or drink? Roughly what type of diet does he take for breakfast, lunch and dinner? What time does he take his dinner and what time does he go to sleep? What time does he wake up? As his sugars are  high is he facing any symptoms?
