My baby is 2.5 months old, today she got a 10 week vaccination. She didn't get any fever but she is crying due to pain so i gave her 8 drops of sumo l paracetamol drops for 2 times with a gap of 10 hours. Is there any issue??? Please reply soon as it is very important for me to know

No issue as to give paracetamol. Child can be irritable for 48 hours due to pain.check the injection site if any redness and swelling

Weight of the baby is required to give the dosage. Work with ML instead of numbers of drops. You can give at a frequency of 8 hours based on the dosage.
