Hello. At this age and weight you need to provide the child with as much liquid as he pleases. A certain quantity wards the child to be fussy with food/drinks. I would advise the child to consume milk based drinks rather than any other market produced powders. Lassi/ buttermilk/ yoghurt mixed with what ever palatable taste that the child prefers should be added to the child’s diet. Please specify the needs of the child so that a detailed diet chart can be made.
Next Steps
Sugars are not warranted, instead jaggery should be used.

Hi Above 9 months we should restrict milk to 500-750 ml... Rest diet should make for the remaining  energy diet. Considering your baby is 13.7 at this age which is idea... you don't need any health drinks. Still if you need I prefer you use pediasure ..read instructions on the tin itself. Sugar can be included but in moderation... don't use to much like in jams or pastries
