I want to know how much bleeding is considered heavy in doctor point of view. My period is painful and bleeding is heavy during first three days of periods.

Heavy periods generally have clots. If you are changing 3or4 pads in a day during first 2or3 days then it is normal. For pain you can take Meftal spas BD for 2days
