I have gave birth 2 kids by c section n 3rd c section after one week because of hematoma Now I m pregnant .is it safe

Regular checkup, and plan for c-section at a Tertiary center

During 3rd surgery which has done due to haematoma , because of which adhesions will be more in present pregnacy ..and the previous scar might be weak ..you should have regular checkup through out pregnancy and delivery should be planned accordingly in a tertiary center ..
