Hi there, My mom was asked to take Vitamin-D3 Cholecalciferol Granules 60000 IU/1gm Sachet with milk once a week. I want to know that is this correct method mentioned above ?? And how long it should be taken ??

Take 4 weekly 4 fortnightly 4 monthly then recheck vit d level
