I sprained my ankle yesterday and its been swollen ever since then. I have an important meeting that’s due in two days. Can you tell me how long will ankle sprain stay swollen? Also, what can I do to lessen the swelling? Expert advice and guidance will really help me! Looking forward to your informative responses.
