Duphaston is not going to harm you...in simple words it is given to strengthen your uterine lining..... Some cases it may be given upto third trimester of pregnancy as it helps to lower premature uterine contractions....... So nothing to worry...follow what your obstetrician is advising you.

It is time to stop taking duphaston after consulting with your doctor who is treating you in person

Duphaston (dydrogesterone) is generally considered safe in pregnancy when prescribed by your obstetrician. In most pregnancies it is continued until 12–16 weeks, but in selected high-risk cases (such as recurrent pregnancy loss, cervical shortening, or other obstetric indications) it may be continued up to 34–36 weeks based on your doctor’s assessment. A bicornuate uterus alone is not an indication to continue Duphaston throughout pregnancy. Regular cervical length monitoring and fetal growth scans are more important. Do not stop or continue the medication on your own—follow your treating obstetrician’s advice. Usually it is continued till 12-16 weeks of pregnancy but in certain high risk cases to support uterine lining it can be continued up to 34 weeks also .Nothing to worry about also do not alter any treatment on your own . I advise you to consult your gynaec for same or can proceed with online consultation if any queries
