How important is AFI liquid for normal delivery? Is it must or just important? What are things or medicines that can be eaten for increasing AFI? Any other advice.

Amnioticfluid is important not only for normal delivery but also for well being of the fetus..it should be within normal limits..and one cannot tell the mode of delivery by AFI ..drinks lots of water hydrate urself ..if it’s lower than normal need to take arginine sachets that can be prescribed on knowing your gestational age and history properly ..
