How do we over come through depression

I am at home since 3 months now. All this on going situation is depressing me alot. My weight has increased. I hardly sleep. Access hair fall. Being at home for being safe has not worked well for me. Just having all the negative thoughts abt the on going situation and how long it will go. Really need some peace of mind. Please help
