I understand your concern. There is still time you can do something to increase height. It is important with in few more years you will reach a point when you can not increase your height. Exercise and diet are to be followed religiously. Your diet should be protein rich. Take good sleep of minimum 8 hrs as when you sleep you gain height. Learn proper exercises from a experienced Physiotherapist as you have limited time to get the results.
