Hot flashes

I'm getting hot flashes from past 10 days now, it gets better during night time, during whole day my full face feels like burning, but my body temperature is normal, my base test diagnosis is fine, my covid report is also fine, but my testosterone is 320ng/dl, i workout daily normally, but now i'm feeling fatigued and depressed, what should i do now

You are fine man. Drink plenty of water. ORS. Stop smoke. Reduce your caffeine intake. Stop over thinking. Don't take unnecessary stress. If all these things don't hello then consult ok. Have fun.

Hello, the hot flashes become very troublesome. Your testosterone levels are normal too. Post the pics of other tests u underwent.
Next Steps
Do u consume alcohol, coffee or spicy food in excess? What about smoking? Do wear loose clothes while performing physical activity n even otherwise.
