Hot face - temperature control problems

2018-04-05 03:19:22
I am experiencing what I call "Hot Face". Now, this issue is hard to research. My face is not hot to the touch or flushed. I just feel hot in my face. My face is perceiving the temperature as hotter than it is. The rest of my body can be freezing, but I will feel like it's roasting because my face is hot. This started to be much more severe after I started taking Zoloft. But, I don't know if they're related. Is this a serious issue? Should I be concerned? Is there anything I can do about it?

I would not worry too much about this. This is a hot flush. There are multiple reasons for hot flushes - hormonal changes, dehydration , lack of sleep , stress.....
Next Steps
1. Start with deep breathing exercises - everytime u feel that. take 20 deep breaths n relax. u can even  repeat it 4 to 5 times a day 2. drink plenty of water and fluids 3. if problem persists despite following these for more than a week, then you consult the doctor
