My periods r irregular from the very beginning (2/3 months gap). I m diagonised with pcod. It's been 2 years of my marriage.i took yamini tablets to regularise my period. Each time I stop taking pills my periods bcum irregular. Now I don't get periods unless I take medicines to induce period. We want to plan pregnancy. My LH z 23.44,FSH 6.82,AMH 10.82.as per my doctor I hv to take yamini tablet for 3 months to bring down my LH level alongwith balanced diet n exercise. I want to know does contraceptives pills help in lowering LH levels? Z there any other alternative? Plse help me to clarify

Other ways to bring down LH are 1. Tablet Metital twice a day for three months 2. Loosing weight:loose 5-10 percent of weight in 3-6 months will bring down LH If you don’t want to take Yamini pill you can take Tablet Letrozole 5 mg from day 3-8 of periods for ovulation

Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 of periods. Test daily morning for Ovulation double line and If double line join with husband. Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown. Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown.
