Hello doctor, i want to know that which is more effective- homoeopathic medicine in pills form or dilution form?

Both are effective we are dispense  medicine in globules form because according to homeopathy minimum dose is required at a time. We potency ( 3x,6x/ Q or 30,200, 1m, 10m ) according to condition of patient.
