Homeoglobin during pregnancy

My wife is 28 weeks pregnant with twins. Her Homeoglobin is around 10. Currently also consuming Iron tablets "Orofer xt". And RCB also less 3.58. Plz advice how we can increase Homeoglobin.

Continue with iron supplements, take dates, jaggery, fish, chicken, green leafy vegetables. Be in follow up with your obstetrician.
