Is there any home remedy to induce periods only if not pregnant as I am having pcod and trying for baby I am not able to predict whether the delayed periods is because of pregnancy or pcod .please help me

If you are trying for pregnancy why do you want to induce periods before checking for pregnancy?there is no home remedies atleast taught you gynaecologists which are prescribed to induce periods
