For pregnancy sperms have to ejelated inside vagina and sperm have to fertilized egg and that fertilized egg have to implement in uterus.
If u do unprotected sex with long foreplay near ur ovulation days than there are maximum chance of pregnancy if sperm and eggs are healthy.
