I have had a pimple like spot in my groin. After squeezing it gently it popped and oozed liquid that had an odour. After a month which is now it still hasn't healed and is now a deep hole. It does not pain.

It's pus collection. It's a serious issue as groin area is most important. Better get a ultrasound done of that area to know more about the inside. Also take a consultation for medications to heal it before it spreads.
