Large hole in ear drum of both ear. Hearing problem ...but no puss and pain in ear.... Do I require operation or else can be cured by medication..

Hi According to your history it seems you are suffering from csom with perforation in ear drum. If this thing is since long time then it should be treated with surgery. Regards
