Hi, can you please guide me if I can take combo hiv test for exposure which occurred 5-7 years ago. I took 2 4th generation test for the same exposure and result came negative. I took both the test after having breakfast

Hi.. as the exposure is 7 years ago and the test has come negative now.. it's conclusive. However if you are still having doubts about it.. it can be health anxiety.

If it was 5 years ago then the results are conclusive. You don’t need to repeat the test. The question is whether you had the exposure again for which you have to retest?
