I had sexual exposure. After two months and five months tested with hiv duo combo and std panel. After 10months tested with hiv rna pcr and eclia all tests were negative. Now I got maculo popular rash which turned into black and peeled off on chest and shoulder small dots like. This is happening after 14months. Is this due to hiv.
