I would like to know can HIV EIA method only detect antigens or is it detect both antibody as well as antigens? ?

Hello! ELISA stands for Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay and EIA stands for Enzyme ImmunoAssay. There is absolutely no difference between the two. Both are synonyms for the same antibody test.
