My brother have many symptoms of hiv like chronic loose stools,many small swollen lymph nodes on neck, chest, armpit and in groin, fatigue,chills,body aches and dray throat but he had no fever, rash and night sweats. He did hiv antibody test (hiv kits) in ictc Center of government hospital after almost 74days of exposure and it comes with non reactive. Do this test is accurate? Because he had still symptoms.
