I am generally fit. I run marathons. I am 82 kg with height 5'8. Have not have any sexual problem, maybe sometimes some  rashes around the pelvic when moist weather . How much can it cost ? Just a general HIV and STD/I test and certificate for marriage?

Cost depends on lab to lab basis. Always prefer ICTC for HIV testing. But I don't see any use of testing without any reason for that.
