I did hiv 1 rna pcr quantitative test for early detection of hiv... Is quantitative not valid test for early detection?

When performed correctly, hiv rna test accuracy is around 99.83% . It very rare that it may go false negative. Quantitative test may take up to 90 days. It may provide fairly accurate results about 28 days after exposure to hiv
