Is it possible to the lab that someone while collecting blood at the lab knowingly uses used syringes or intentionally give blood infections like hiv to the patients while with drawing blood using venipuncture.

Blood collection always done by fresh needle and syringe I  don't think any NABL accredited lab would b doing this
