Hi i am HIV positive, I started ART in May of 2017 my viral load are curently undetectable however my CD4 dropped from 672 to 649 should i be concerned?

cd4 ok if symptoms with high cd4 art given but in other opinion art started as soon found hiv positive consult good doctor or art center
