Hiv problem

I had an hiv test in dr lal pathlab there he told me that they use vacutainer needle which can be used only single time because the blood clots and makes it impossible to use it again but still I suspect that vacutainer used on me was a used one though I saw him once he drew my blood he disposed it am I overthinking please help
