Hi Doc , One of my friend is hiv positive ( married )and he is undetectable. The question is here if they go for IVF /IUI to conceive what is the risk of transmitting hiv to a female partner ?

Hi. We use a different media for sperm wash. Since is viral load is undetectable, the risk of transmission is negligible.
