I have on this medications Olanzapine 5mg twice Risperidone 2mg twice Preganalin 300mg twice Nortriptyline 25mg twice Duloxetine 20mg twice All this medications are for my psychological issues and peripheral neuropathy I am hiv positive from last 6 months I try dolturegravir 50mg but i got my psychological issues worse Than I try tenofovir 300mg but again i can't tolerate that Than i taken tenofovir lamivudine efavirenz but again i can't tolerate that I got symptoms of delusion confusion and symptoms of serotonin syndrome I want to ask is there any antiretroviral therapy regimen which do not have such neuropsychological issues and Is there any antiretroviral therapy regimen relevant for me .or i have die with aids
