I Tested For HIV Elisa After 3 Months Of A Risky Sexual Encounter And Its Was Negative. I Also Tested For VDRL And It Is Also Negative. I Done Both The Tested From Alternate Labs And All The Reports Were Negative. Are The Reports Conclusive After A Period Of 3 Months ?
