HIV & std doubt

2022-04-19 07:40:49
I had my first encounter in 2018..and did take hiv test after 6 months with alot of courage and anxiety. It came out negative.. a big relief. But since then.. I have been living under stress and anxiety that i might still be having hiv or any other std such as chlamydia or gonorrhea. Whenever I feel something different in my body or gets sick for some reason.. I begin to think.. Maybe it could be any of those std's symptom. So my question is.. If i go out for for testing again.. Can those std tests detect hiv and other std after 4 years if i still have any?
