Suffering from gastritis and hitus hernia for last 3-4 months. It was diagnosed in my endoscopy. After completing the allopathic medicine course, still not feeling well. Was taking pantocid hp kit and gaviscon syrup for 12 days. Should I agin go for endoscopy test to check the gastritis and h. Paylori infection status.

No. Gastritis takes weeks to months to heal after eradication of h PYLORI. Also single medicine is often not effective in Healing.
