I have hituas hernia and other normal in endosocopy. what steps i need to take care for cure. is it dangerous.

How big is the hiatus hernia that you have not mentioned. Yes it is dangerous in case if tou leave it like that as it will progress day by day and might lead to complications in future like incarceration of stomach. In case it is big it will require laparoscopic surgery to correct it
