Hi. I accidentally hit my top of head on wall which is like under stairs. Stairs below teri was a space wen I bend n took. I juz hardly hit head. Tat day I felt pain. Then no pain so I left it. Should I see ultra sound. Already I'm facing psychology problem lik. Couldn't handle family stress.

No need for Ultrasound.. As it is not much of an impact I don't think any thing is needed..
