Suffering from sever upper backpain and hips pain cant sleep straight Nd do household works.. have 3months baby.. natural birth .. What remedies u can follow to get rid of this

Keep good back support and position your baby right while breastfeeding. Continue taking calcium supplement and Vit. D. Hot water bottle fermentation for back pain may help.
