Im having hip pain including right leg and also my period is late for two months ,going regularly for urine when I did home spregnancy test the results show negative pls help me

Is this the first time you missed your periods? If negative you can take medicines to get a bleed. For pain you may need ortho opinion

Maybe you are having hypothyroidism.Get done TSH level and serum prolactin level.Also get done complete blood picture.Again confirm for pregnancy by blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.
