Avoid long standing .
Rx-
*Massage with Mahanarayanadi tail or sahacharadi tail daily for 15- 20 mins at bed time
1.Lakshadi Guggulu 2 tab BDBone regeneration support
2.Yogaraja Guggulu1–2 tab BD after food
Vata-kapha shamak, sandhi shool hara
3 Ashwagandha Churna / Capsule3–5 g HS with warm milkStrengthens asthi & majja
4.Dashmoola Kwatha40 ml BD before food
Shool, shotha & vata hara
5.Gandha Taila / Gandha Rasayana
10–15 drops with milk BD
Excellent for asthi kshaya
