I am thinking to take Himalaya Ashwagandha(for mental fresheness), Brahmi(for concentration) and Triphala(for bowel problems) together. Daily 1 tabs each, after dinner, with warm water. Will it be beneficial?

yes you are right theoretically. first line of any treatmemt in ayurveda is ensuring proper digestion. considering you are experiancing constipation your digestive system is not at optimum. that can hamper effects of ashwgandha and brahmi. i suggest take triphala 2 tabs after dinner for 7 days. after constipation is relieved you can start ashwgandha and brahmi. this regime will.give you better result
Next Steps
if constipation persists, you need to visit an ayurveda expert for better understanding your health status.
Health Tips
