I am suffering from piles. As per doctor the piles are very little in size. Surgery not possible. And advice me to change the food habit. But after some days when passing hard stool which bleeds.and paining for long period . during time I used smuth cream.someone suggest me to use HILo capsules. Can it works? Please advise me
