High TSH Level

Recently, I got my wife's Thyroid testing done, T3 - 83, T4 - 3.8, TSH - 57.57. What are the treatments for high TSH Level?

Hello there. Since TSH is high and t3 and t4 are keeping normal, its hypothyroidism. That means deficiency of thyroid hormone. So you will have to take thyroid supplement. Consult your physician. And as my colleague said, stop intake of cabbage and other goiterogens. Regards
