I am having 285 triglycerides..which food should I avoid.which food should I take?.can I have fruits everyday?please suggest

Have u done the lipid tests in fasting state...?? If so.. start cutting down carbs, increase ur daily walking exercise.. Considering ur age.. I advise u to start some sport/ games daily ( cycling/ jogging/ batmittion/ tennis etc) that ur interested or good at..so u can continue the same as long as possible.. This wil help u to relax ur mind n work out ur body..

You should avoid oily, spicy food. You can take juice everyday but little amount.
