Hi.. I have diagnosed thyroid before 4 years I m taking medicine thyroxine 25mcg but now I have stop the medicine from last 2 month now my thyroid value is 8.076 so should I resume 25 mcg or should I increase the dosage ..kindly suggest

TSH is high suggesting hypothyroidism, likely due to stopping thyroxine. Restart previous dose 25 mcg daily on empty stomach and repeat TSH after 6–8 weeks. Dose adjustment can be done based on follow-up reports.
